We are still open and deliveries will continue as normal.
We are taking all the necessary precautions to keep our staff and customers safe. We are monitoring the situation everyday and following official government, NHS and WHO advice.
Please note: Although our warehouse is operating normally there are still some delays with Royal Mail and couriers due to the pandemic so parcels may take slightly longer than normal. Thank you for your patience.

Please note: we are open Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Please email us if your order is urgent.
We have shipping currently set up for Europe, USA and Canada for parcels up to 2kgs. If your country isn't showing a shipping option available, or if your parcel is heavier than 2kg please email email@example.com and we will provide you with a postage quote
Refunds or Exchanges
You have 14 days from the date the order is dispatched to return any product/s for a refund. This policy is extended for Christmas; for any orders placed in November or December will be accepted back until the 14th January 2021
If you would like an exchange for an alternative colour, size or style, we would recommend placing a new order for the new product/s and returning the size that is not suitable.
Returns postage will be at the cost of the customer.
We recommend you ask for proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for any products until they are received back to our dispatch facility.
