We are taking all the necessary precautions to keep our staff and customers safe. We are monitoring the situation everyday and following official government, NHS and WHO advice.

Please note: we are open Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Any orders that are placed before 12 midday will be sent out that afternoon. Any orders after this time will be sent the following day (or if placed after 12 midday Friday your order will be dispatched on Monday)
Our next day delivery service is working days only. If you require Saturday delivery please email email@example.com and we will provide you with a postage quote.
We have shipping currently set up for Europe, USA and Canada for parcels up to 2kgs. If your country isn't showing a shipping option available, or if your parcel is heavier than 2kg please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a postage quote
Refunds or Exchanges
You have 14 days from the date the order is dispatched to return any product/s for a refund. This policy is extended for Christmas; for any orders placed in November or December will be accepted back until the 14th January 2020.
If you would like an exchange for an alternative colour, size or style, we would recommend placing a new order for the new product/s and returning the size that is not suitable.
Returns postage will be at the cost of the customer.
We recommend you ask for proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for any products until they are received back to our dispatch facility.
