Kids thermal base layers: review

Kids thermal base layers: review

The weather may be turning colder but that doesn't mean the kids have to be stuck inside on the Ipad or watching the TV. Make sure your kids make the most of Winter by getting them some merino wool thermals.

Thermal base layers can be worn under pretty much anything; ski gear, school uniforms, weekend name it!

Designed to be bulk free the Icebreaker Oasis range is a versatile range of kids thermals made from 200gm 100% merino wool. This clever fabric is super soft against the skin, non itch and hypoallergenic.

It is also temperature regulating; meaning your children will be kept warm in cold weather but cool if the weather turns warmer, and moisture resistant; the moisture is wicked away from the skin and evaporated from the fabric keeping them dry and comfortable.

Although merino wool thermals are more expensive than synthetic clothing it will last a lot longer. Merino fibres can bend over 20,000 times without breaking so won't lose shape of get holes. When your children eventually outgrow their thermals these can be passed onto siblings, friends or family.

The Oasis range is available in a long sleeve crewe neck top and leggings and we have these available in three different colours. Both tops and leggings are RRP £34.95.
