Returns & Exchanges

Nature Shop are dedicated to making your online shopping experience as enjoyable and simple as possible. Take the risk out of your online shopping with our 30 DAY RETURNS POLICY which is valid from the date of dispatch. 

 

UK Returns Policy:

Our exchange process is quick and easy! We offer FREE* Exchanges and our Refund process is quick and hassle free.

Please note:

  • we are unable to accept underwear returns due to hygiene reasons.
  • Gift cards are non refundable.  
  • Our returns policy for Silverstick items differs from our normal returns policy. Read HERE for more details

Returns Process: 

If you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund please follow these easy steps:

  • Make sure the item(s) are in the original condition and include their original packaging*.
  • Complete the returns form attached to your invoice and place this and the item(s) into a courier bag or our original postage bag
  • Send using either the exchange process or refunds process below

Exchanges:

  • Email contact@natureshop.co.uk detailing the item(s) you wish to return and the item(s) you wish to receive in exchange. We will then put these item(s) aside for you.
  • Use the returns label provided to return the parcel free of charge. *One free exchange per original order. 
  • Please keep proof of postage. Nature Shop cannot accept responsibility for items that fail to return without proof of postage.
  • Your exchange order will be dispatched within 5 working days of your original order coming back to the warehouse. 

Refunds:

You can use one of the two below options to returns your item(s) for a refund:

A. Use the returns label provided.

  • This will be a subsidised cost of £4.95 which will be deducted from the refund amount. 
  • Please keep proof of postage. Nature Shop cannot accept responsibility for items that fail to return without proof of postage.
  • Your refund will be issued within 5 working days of your order coming back to the warehouse. This will be issued to the original payment method used.

OR

B. Return the item(s) using any shipping provider of your choice.

  • This will be completely at your expense and a full refund will be issued for the returned item(s)
  • Post to: Nature Shop UK (IZEO LTD), Unit 3 Southdownview Works, 12 Southdownview Road, Worthing, BN14 8NZ.
  • We recommend posting back using a full tracked service as Nature Shop cannot accept responsibility or liability for the goods until we have received them back to our warehouse.
  • Your refund will be issued within 5 working days of your order coming back to the warehouse. This will be issued to the original payment method used.


* Original condition and original packaging: All items will be inspected upon return and in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Nature Shop reserves the right not to refund or exchange the item and either return the item to you at your expense or charge a £4.95 handling fee. This includes missing, damaged or incorrect packaging and/or labelling. 

International Returns

Please note:

  • we are unable to accept underwear returns due to hygiene reasons.

For any international returns the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. 

We recommend posting back using a full tracked service as Nature Shop cannot accept responsibility or liability for the goods until we have received them back to our warehouse.

You will also be responsible for paying any outgoing postage should you require an exchange.

Exchanges:

  • Please email contact@natureshop.co.uk with the item(s) that you wish to return and the item(s) that you would like to receive in exchange.
  • We will then put these items on hold for you and send you a Paypal invoice for the outgoing postage for your exchange order.
  • Post the item(s) back to us as above.
  • Your exchange order will be dispatched within 5 working days of your original order being received back to the warehouse.

Refunds:

  • Post the item(s) back to us as above.
  • Your refund will be issued within 5 working days of your order being received back to the warehouse.

All item(s) must be in the original condition and original packaging: All items will be inspected upon return and in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Nature Shop reserves the right not to refund or exchange the item and either return the item to you at your expense or charge a £4.95 handling fee. Faulty Returns

In the unlikely event of an item being faulty please email contact@natureshop.co.uk within 90 days of purchase. Please state the fault with the item and attach photos where possible.  If needed we may ask you to return the faulty item to us so that we can forward this onto our supplier for inspection. If this is the case we will send you a free returns label to send the item back to us. 

We are required to follow the suppliers policy in regards to faulty items and will offer a refund or replacement depending on their policy guidelines.Please note: if the item is not deemed faulty by our suppliers then the item will be returned to you at your expense.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have had an email from us informing you we have refunded your account, but you can't see it in your account. Please check your bank account again, then contact your bank or credit card company. Please note that with some banks it can take up to 4 working days for refunds to appear back on your account.

Consumer Right To Cancel

Customers have the right to cancel an order prior to it being dispatched. To exercise this right, cancellation of the order must be in writing via email. If the cancellation request is received after the order has been dispatched, then please see our normal returns policy.
