Exchanges & Refunds for Flash Sale/Clearance/End of Line Stock

Nature Shop are very pleased to have Flash Sale, Clearance & End of Line Sections on our website that offer amazing discounts! 

Our Flash Sale/Clearance/End of Line stock is discounted from 20% up to 50%........sometimes more! 

Sizes and stock are limited within these Collections, therefore please choose carefully as we may not be able to offer an exchange in the colour/size you would like.  As these items are heavily discounted, for Flash Sale/Clearance/End of Line Stock Exchanges & Refunds you will need to cover the cost of return shipping back to the Nature Shop warehouse and, for any first exchanges, Nature Shop will cover the shipping costs to get your exchange item back to you (further exchange costs will need to be covered by the customer).

Exchanges & Refunds

If you wish to exchange or return an item please follow these easy steps:

  1. Email customer support on and list the item(s) you wish to return, and, for exchanges, the item(s) you wish to receive in exchange.
  2. Make sure the items are in the original condition and include their original packaging*.
  3. Simply place them into a courier bag or turn our original bag inside out, complete and include the Returns Form attached to your Invoice.
    • Take the item(s) to the local post office and return the item using any shipping provider of your choice. This will be completely at your expense.
    • We recommend asking for proof of postage to make sure your item arrives safely back at Nature Shop. Nature Shop cannot accept responsibility for items that fail to return without proof of postage.

    Exchanges: We will dispatch the exchange items within 24 hours of receiving the unwanted items back to our warehouse. All outward exchanges will be shipped on a standard shipping service.  For further exchanges, Nature Shop will ask that you cover the cost of inward & outward shipping.

    Refunds: The refund will be processed within 7 working days of the item(s) being received in our warehouse. We will email you once the refund has been issued back to your account.

    Gift Cards: We're sorry but gift cards are non refundable.

    * Original condition and original packaging: All items will be inspected upon return and in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Nature Shop reserves the right not to refund or exchange the item and either return the item to you at your expense or charge a £4.95 handling fee. This includes missing, damaged or incorrect packaging and/or labelling. 

    All products within a Flash Sale, Clearance or End of Line Collection, will be clearly labelled within it's product description. 

    If you have purchased a variety of items from our Current In-Season Ranges and our Flash Sale/Clearance/End of Line Sections, a returns label will be included in your package to enable you to return any In-Season items you wish to exchange. Nature Shop are happy to offer one free exchange for In-Season stock, but we ask that if you are only returning Flash Sale/Clearance/End of Line Items, then please cover the return shipping costs yourself.

    If a returns label has been used for Flash Sale/Clearance/End of Line items only, Nature Shop will deduct £4.95 from the refund amount (for refunds) or request £2.95 to cover inward shipping costs (for exchanges).
