What are Customer Credits?
Customer credits are cash-equivalent credits that can be used to purchase any of the products featured on the Nature Shop website. You don’t have to use all your credits in one purchase – any remaining credits will be stored in your account. Some credits have a life-span and will expire. You can view full details of your customer credits here. If an order exceeds the value of your credits you can pay the outstanding balance via the usual payment options.
How do I receive Customer Credits?
Customer credits can be received in a number of ways. Most commonly this will be having participated in one of our promotions, such as ‘refer a friend’. What’s refer a friend? There are also occasions when Customer Service manually assigns credit to your account.
For a summary of your available customer credits, you need to be logged in. You can view your customer credits under my account > view customer credits or in the shopping cart, below shipping information. Credits can be applied at step 3 of the checkout only. To apply credit, select ‘Yes’ for one or more of your credits and press the ‘Apply’ button. Your order total will then be reduced.
If the value of the credits you use exceeds the value of the order, any unused credit will be retained for future purchases. You will only be required to provide a billing address to complete this order. If you apply multiple credits, you may wish to apply those expiring soonest first.
