Christmas Shipping Information
To save disappointment we recommend ordering according to the cut off dates below:
Standard Delivery (2-4 working days) - Order before midday on the 20th December.
Express Delivery (1-2 working days) - Order before midday on the 22nd December.
Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed on any orders placed after these dates.
We understand that some items are bought in advance and given as gifts at Christmas so we will be extending our returns policy over the festive period. Any items purchased after the 20th October will have an extended return time and will be accepted back to the warehouse until the 31st January 2017. Please note: items must be in the original condition and packaging.
If you would like an exchange please return the item using the information included in your parcel, or email email@example.com with details of the order number, item you wish to return and item you wish to receive in exchange.
If you would like to return the item for a refund please return the item using the information included in your parcel, or email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the order number and the item you wish to return. Please note: Refunds can only be made to the original card used at checkout. If you would like the refund amount to go to an alternative recipient we can issue a Nature Shop UK gift card to this amount. This can only be used on Nature Shop UK.
* Original condition and original packaging: All items will be inspected upon return and in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Nature Shop reserves the right not to refund or exchange the item and either return the item to you at your expense or charge a £4.95 handling fee. This includes missing, damaged or incorrect packaging and/or labeling.
