We take the highest precautions to protect the personal information of anyone using our website www.natureshop.co.uk (Trading under IZEO Limited).
Our site is hosted by Shopify who is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
We only accept payments in Great British Pounds (£ - GBP)  and order payments must be made by debit or credit cards or by PayPal. All debit and Credit card payments are processed by World Pay, the UK and Europes number 1 card payment processor. Payments and information transmitted online are strongly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations.
To protect credit and debit cardholders, all payments are screened using 3D Secure (MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa) and by an independent fraud prevention service. We may contact you for additional security purposes should we deem this necessary.

Refunds & Exchanges

Nature Shop are dedicated to making your online shopping experience as enjoyable and simple as possible.
Take the risk out of your online shopping with our 30 DAY RETURNS POLICY which is valid from the date of dispatch.
Our exchange process is quick and easy! And we offer Free Exchanges! Our refund process is also quick and hassle free.

Here at Nature Shop we are conscious of our carbon footprint and would like to keep this as low as possible. 
Nature Shop recommends making informed decisions about your purchases and if there is anything you would like to know about a product, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please note: We are unable to accept underwear returns due to hygiene reasons. Please check the size-chart carefully before ordering underwear. 

Unfortunately, now that Nature Shop Limited has closed down, we are unable to accept returns for refund or exchange from any purchases made from Nature Shop Limited. Any exchanges or refunds from purchases made from 21/3/2014 from Izeo Limited (trading as www.natureshop.co.uk) will be processed as normal.

All Rapanui products are shipped directly from supplier. 
Any Rapanui products requiring an exchange or refund, please return to Rapanui Returns at 46 Medina Village, Medina Road, Cowes, PO31 7LP within 30 days of the date of dispatch.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item please follow these easy steps:

  1. Email customer support on contact@natureshop.co.uk and list the item(s) you wish to return, and the item(s) you wish to receive in exchange.
  2. Make sure the items are in the original condition and include their original packaging*.
  3. Simply place them into a courier bag or turn our original bag inside out, complete and include the Returns Form attached to your Invoice.
    • Take the item(s) to the local post office and send using the Returns Label provided. There will be no charge for using the Returns Label for an exchange. 
    • We recommend asking for proof of postage to make sure your item arrives safely back at Nature Shop. Nature Shop cannot accept responsibility for items that fail to return without proof of postage.

    We will dispatch the exchange items within 24 hours of receiving the unwanted items back to our warehouse. All outward exchanges will be shipped on a standard shipping service.

    *Original condition and original packaging:All items will be inspected upon return and in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Nature Shop reserves the right not to refund or exchange the item and either return the item to you at your expense or charge a £4.95 handling fee. This includes missing, damaged or incorrect packaging and/or labeling.

    Returns for Refund

    Unfortunately, now that Nature Shop Limited has closed down, we are unable to accept returns for refund or exchange from any purchases made from Nature Shop Limited. Any exchanges or refunds from purchases made from 21/3/2014 from Izeo Limited (trading as www.natureshop.co.uk) will be processed as normal.

    If you wish to return an item for a refund please follow these easy steps:

    1. Please email customer support on contact@natureshop.co.uk and list the item(s) you wish to return for a refund.
    2. Make sure the items are in the original condition and include their original packaging*.
    3. Simply place them into a courier bag or turn our original bag inside out, complete and include the Returns Form attached to your Invoice.
      • Take the item(s) to the local post office; you can either:
      • Use the returns label provided. This will be a subsidised cost of £4.95 which will be deducted from the refund amount OR
      • Return the item using any shipping provider of your choice. This will be completely at your expense.
      • We recommend asking for proof of postage for either delivery method to make sure your item arrives safely at Nature Shop. Nature Shop cannot accept responsibility for items that fail to return without proof of postage.

    The refund will be processed within 7 working days of the item(s) being received in our warehouse. We will email you once the refund has been issued back to your account. If you have used our returns label to return an item for a refund then a fee of £4.95 for postage will be deducted from your refund.

    We're sorry but gift cards are non refundable.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you have had an email from us informing you we have refunded your account, but you can't see it in your account. Please check your bank account again, then contact your bank or credit card company. Please note that with some banks it can take up to 4 working days for refunds to appear back on your account.
