Shipping Information

Nature Shop offer FREE shipping for orders over £30 and we dispatch all orders from our UK warehouse, this makes our service fast and reliable.
Shipping from the UK also helps us reduce our carbon footprint, as well as directly supports the UK economy.

Returns & Exchanges 

Nature Shop are dedicated to making your online shopping experience as enjoyable and simple as possible.
Take the risk out of your online shopping with our 30 DAY RETURNS POLICY which is valid from the date of dispatch.
Our exchange process is quick and easy! And we offer Free Exchanges! Our refund process is also quick and hassle free.

Here at Nature Shop we are conscious of our carbon footprint and would like to keep this as low as possible. 
Nature Shop recommends making informed decisions about your purchases and if there is anything you would like to know about a product, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please note: We are unable to accept underwear returns due to hygiene reasons. Please check the size-chart carefully before ordering underwear.

Please note: Any items returned for an exchange or refund must be in it's original condition.*
* Original condition and original packaging: All items will be inspected upon return and in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Nature Shop reserves the right not to refund or exchange the item and either return the item to you at your expense or charge a £4.95 handling fee. This includes missing, damaged or incorrect packaging and/or labeling.

Unfortunately, now that Nature Shop Limited has closed down, we are unable to accept returns for refund or exchange from any purchases made from Nature Shop Limited. Any exchanges or refunds from purchases made from 21/3/2014 from Izeo Limited (trading as www.natureshop.co.uk) will be processed as normal.

All Rapanui products are shipped directly from supplier. 
Any Rapanui products requiring an exchange or refund, please return to Rapanui Returns at 46 Medina Village, Medina Road, Cowes, PO31 7LP within 30 days of the date of dispatch.

We recommend asking for proof of postage when you post returns. This will mean that in the unlikely event your parcel doesn't arrive back at our warehouse we will be able to claim this back from the postal service. Nature Shop cannot accept responsibility for items that fail to return to us if you do not have proof of postage.

The servers that collect and store personal information are kept in a secure environment. Nature Shop does not collect or store credit card details: Credit cards payments are processed by World Pay or by PayPal, the world’s largest and most reliable online payment system.

Your peace of mind is very important to us and Nature Shop is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. Your personal data will be used to provide the information for billing and order fulfillment only. Under no circumstances will we disclose or divulge any of this information to other parties.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional accepted industry standards to maximise security of information.

The only condition for returned goods is that the products must be in original condition and packaging.*
