Take the risk out of your online shopping with us with our 365 DAY RETURNS POLICY and FREE RETURN SHIPPING (for all New Zealand orders).
Simply package up the goods that you wish to return and attach our free "returns label" (which will be included in your original order), and drop the parcel off at your local post shop. This gives you free return shipping of the goods to us. Please include a short note with your order id and name and then email us on support@natureshop.co.uk to let us know what item(s)
you are returning for a refund.
Goods must be in original condition and include their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item(s) and we will email you confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Should your goods be in any way defective we will offer a full refund or replacement - which ever you prefer.
Please note: We are unable to accept returns and exchanges for Icebreaker briefs, boxers and other underwear bottoms for hygiene reasons. Please check the size-chart carefully before ordering underwear.

We will cover the cost of sending the new items to you and ask that you cover the cost of returning the unwanted items to us.
Please then email us with the items you are sending back for exchange, followed by the style/colour or size that you wish to exchange the item(s) for. We will then dispatch the item/s within 24 hours of notification.
