What is the Refer a Friend Scheme?

The ‘Refer a Friend’ scheme gives our customers the chance to earn credit, to spend on Nature Shop products. Each time you refer a friend and they make a purchase through the website, we credit your account with a percentage of your friend’s overall purchase (usually 10%) and give your friend a discount on their first order (usually 10%).

How can I Refer a Friend?

Log in to the Manage Account page of the site and you will find a reference code that your friends can use. Pass this on to your friends. This page also provides details of the exact discounts (%) each of you will receive and the expiry date. This scheme isn’t something we run all the time, so if there is no reference code in your account, then we are not currently running the refer a friend scheme. Look out for it though and if you are subscribed to our newsletters, you will be first to find out when we activate this.

When will I start to see credit appearing in my account?

Nature Shop will email you when a friend of yours makes a purchase to let you know you have received a credit (we won’t ever tell you which friend it was for privacy reasons). There is then a period of 1 month before the credit becomes active and you can use it on the site to make purchases. See customer credits.

Do my Refer a Friend credits expire?

Yes, credits have a six month lifespan and these will be detailed in your account and during the checkout process.

I’ve been sent a Refer a Friend code, where can I use it?

Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart, enter the ‘refer a friend’ code in the discount code box and click the 'APPLY' button. You will be asked to register before returning to the cart, with your discount applied.
